GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CLASS HOSTING AGREEMENT

This Class Hosting Agreement is between THE INLAND GATEWAY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (“Association”) and the Requestor named below for the hosting of a class with promotion through the association.

The association wants to reasonably assist with the success of your event. This Agreement contains the rules and policies that you, as the Requestor, must follow. By submitting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the rules and policies set forth herein and accept full responsibility for the acts of all invitees of your event.

The guidelines are as follows:

• This is an affiliate benefit; Lunch & Learn, Breakfast Brief, etc.
• Classes must be noncredit classes.
• No advertisement of affiliate company during the instructional or Q&A portion of the class. All provided information must be general, not company specific. Not self-selling, nothing political.
• Classes must be free of charge to members.
• All classes must have our standard disclaimer included on the flyer to advise that TIGAR is not responsible for the content presented in the class.
• A completed Affiliate Class Hosting Request form will be required prior to the class being approved. The affiliate will have to explain in detail the content of the course.
• All handouts, outlines, and presentations must be provided to TIGAR in advance for approval.
• Limited promotional content - 5-minute "commercial" or promo time at the beginning or end of the class.
• Suggested format: 1 hour scheduled time: 40-minute instruction - 15-minute Q&A - 5-minute company promo at the end.
• Fair and equal opportunity to all affiliates as long as the content is approved. Scheduling on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If content or company promotion guidelines are not followed, the company and/or member will not be allowed to participate in this benefit again for 1 year from the violation date.
• Promotion of the event by TIGAR will be at the discretion of the TIGAR Communications Department.
• Affiliate class hosting opportunity is limited to one free hour per calendar quarter. Additional time used will be billed after completion as a room rental.
• The affiliate agrees to pay the balance of any fees accrued after the event date.
