2020 has been quite the year. Early on we expected the housing market to take a big hit. That did not happen, and the market is very strong. There are, however, some significant long term risks. Primarily, low housing supply. Combined with a steady flow of 20% down buyers, the low supply and low interest rates are the reason prices are where they are.
