The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional as a member of NAR who subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. *Return REALTOR® is a member who has been inactive for at least one REALTOR® billing cycle at the time of applying for membership. Ex. A member who has paid 2022 REALTOR® Dues, did not pay 2023 dues and is returning to pay 2024 dues.
**LATE RENEWALS: The above fees do not apply to REALTORS® who are renewing late. Late renewals are considered REALTORS® who paid dues in the immediate past billing cycle but did not renew at the beginning of the current cycle. Ex. A member who has paid 2023 and did not renew in January of 2024 but is reinstating later in the 2024 calendar year.
