- Company and Affiliate Member Recognition – Your name, company and contact information will be listed in the TIGAR Affiliate Membership Directory, which is available on the TIGAR Website. Premier members will be listed first on the site. This enables TIGAR REALTOR® members and general website visitors to locate you quickly.
- Receive TIGAR Updates – The company member(s) of record will receive TIGAR correspondence, including Affiliate only newsletter.
- Participate in TIGAR Events –The company member(s) can attend TIGAR events and meetings.
- Marketing Opportunities – Your company can market its products and services by underwriting expenses related to TIGAR classes, meetings and special events.
- Committees – Allows you the opportunity to participate in the TIGAR sponsored committees such as Affiliate Committee.
- Membership List – Roster of REALTOR® and MLS Members with contact numbers. This roster is not provided to non-members.
- Free Booth at the Corona Affiliate Expo (first come, first serve).

- Prominent Spot on Affiliate Directory – Premier members will be listed first on the site. This enables TIGAR REALTOR® members and general website visitors to locate you quickly.
- Building Use – Your company may use our facility once per year, per location at no charge, during business hours, for a membership educational event/training. Event must be approved by TIGAR and will be advertised on the TIGAR website and e-blasted to the membership in our newsletter. TIGAR will not be endorsing the event or the company sponsoring the event. $200 value.
- Affiliate Expo (REDLANDS) – One booth is pre-paid and reserved for Premier Affiliate Members. Application for the Expo will still be required. $45 value.
