The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® is now accepting applications for the 2026 Board of Directors open positions. We are seeking TIGAR REALTORS® who are dedicated to making a difference!

- Region 8 – North of SR-91, South of I-210, West of Pepper Ave/ I-10, East of SR-57
Following the merger of The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® and the East Valley Association of REALTORS®, service history and member status at either AOR are applicable towards all applicant qualifications.
Criteria to Serve
Any person nominated for and hereafter serving as Director must:
(1) complete one year as a member of A.O.R. prior to assuming office
(2) be a REALTOR® member whose financial obligations to the A.O.R. are paid in full and whose dues and assessments are current and remain current throughout the duration of service on the Board
(3) be of sound professional character conducting business in compliance with N.A.R. Code of Ethics, (All final findings of N.A.R. Code of Ethics violations and violations of other membership duties in this or any other A.O.R. within the past three years, and any unsatisfied discipline pending at any A.O.R. shall be taken into consideration when determining qualifications)
(4) honor fiduciary duties to the A.O.R. and adhere to appropriate conflict of interest and disclosure rules
(5) meet other requirements as may be established as policy by the Board of Directors.
President-Elect Qualifications
- Must be an active TIGAR REALTOR® member in good standing
- No more than two (2) persons from the same real estate office location may serve as an officer at the time of election.
- Must have completed a 2-year TIGAR Directorship within the previous 7 years prior to the first day of the term.
Treasurer Qualifications
- Must be an active TIGAR REALTOR® member in good standing
- Must have completed a 2-year TIGAR Directorship within the previous 7 years prior to the first day of the term.
- Must have completed at least 1-year as a member of the Finance Committee within the previous 7 years prior to the first day of the term. (Finance Committee qualification can be any combination of the previous committees, known as Audit or Budget or Finance.
- No more than two (2) persons from the same real estate office location may serve as an officer at the time of election.
Director Qualifications
- Must be an active TIGAR REALTOR® member in good standing
- Must have completed at least one (1) year on a TIGAR committee, or on at least two (2) TIGAR task forces or special committees within the previous seven (7) years. Service of at least one (1) full calendar year must have been completed prior to applying.
- No more than two (2) persons from the same real estate office location may serve as a director at the time of election.
2026 Election Timeline:
- April 10 at 12 pm: Application Deadline
- April 11-15: Nominating Committee Interviews Via Zoom (Schedule TBD. By applying, you agree to be available for an interview with the TIGAR Nominating Committee and/or Board of Directors.)
- April 17 at 12 pm: Nomination Slate will be noticed to TIGAR Membership. Petition period opens.
- April 23 at 12 pm: Petition period closes.
- April 24 at 12 pm: Campaigning begins.
- April 25 at 10 am: Campaign Policy Meeting on Zoom (Candidates to attend for discussion of campaign process)
- June 11 at 8:30 am – Redlands Candidates Forum
- June 12 at 9:00 am – Corona Candidates Forum
- June 12 at 12 pm – Election Period Opens
- June 20 at 12 pm – Election Period Closes
- June 20 by 5 pm – Election results are sent to the membership

Your campaign bio (250-word maximum) and headshot will be required to submit your application.
