Have a listing you would like to promote? Join us at our Talk & Tour: BBCV Edition to pitch your listing! By signing up to pitch your listing, your listing will be shown on screen at the end of the meeting while you talk about the property.
- Member must be present at the meeting.
- Signing up to pitch your listing DOES NOT include it on the tour
- Properties that do not make the first five or are located outside of the designated areas can be pitched by the listing representative after the official tour is announced.

HOW TO ADD YOUR LISTING:
Step 1: Edit your listing and click “Open House”. Ensure that your open house date and time reflect your desired Caravan participation date/time. Click “Find a Caravan”.
Step 2: In the pop-up, click the TIGAR Caravan titled “TIGAR BBCV”. Click “Run Search”.
Step 3: Find your desired Caravan date and click “Fill”. Submit your Open House Caravan and you’re done!
- Listings must be in the Beaumont, Banning, and or Cherry Valley areas.
- Properties must be submitted by 5 pm the Monday prior to the meeting.

Market Meetups and Talk & Tours: Corona/Redlands
Pitch Your Listing
Have a listing you would like to promote? Join us at our Market Meetups and Talk & Tours in Corona or Redlands to pitch your listing! By signing up to pitch your listing, your listing will be shown on screen at the end of the meeting while you talk about the property.
- Member must be present at the meeting.
- The listing must be written on the sign-up form at the registration table by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting.
- Listing pitches are limited to 30 seconds.
- Signing up to pitch your listing DOES NOT include it on the caravan.

Would you like to encourage members to come to view your property? Include it in our Caravan!
- Caravans are held after our Market Meetups and Talk & Tours. Precise start times are dependent on the hosting agent.
- All caravan listings are automatically included in the listing pitch and must be presented.
- Caravans are not guided. They are individually attended and TIGAR cannot guarantee attendance.
- Caravans will be emailed to the entire membership 1 day before the meeting.
- The deadline to submit a caravan request is the Tuesday before the meeting at 3:00 p.m.
- Caravans must be added through the Matrix Open House feature.

Here’s how:
- Log into CRMLS and access Matrix.
- Tours are held every Thursday
- Input your listing as a Broker Open on the date & time of the tour or the Mountain REALTOR® Home Showcase.
- Ensure the tour information is accurate, including date, time, and property details.
- Save and publish the listing.
- Properties must be submitted by 12 pm the day before the meeting.
