Now for some good news in the lending world. As you probably have heard, DACA FHA loans are back in full motion! Rates remain low. Underwriters are feeling more comfortable and overlays on the guidelines are easing up. For most part, it is getting better. Turn around times are also getting better. Inventory is still very low and we have more buyers than homes to sell. We have gone through so many changes and adjustments. At the end we are stronger and have become more compassionate.
