Responsible for reviewing complaints alleging violations of the Code of Ethics and/or MLS Rules Regulations in accordance with the Professional Standards Rules & Regulations from members and the public to determine whether a complaint warrants a formal PSC Hearing. Cannot be an active Board of Director.
