The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional as a member of NAR who subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR), America’s largest trade association, representing over 1 million members, including NAR’s institutes, societies, and councils, involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.

*Return REALTOR® is a member who has been inactive for at least one REALTOR® billing cycle at the time of applying for membership. Ex. A member who has paid 2024 REALTOR® Dues, did not pay 2025 dues and is returning to pay 2026 dues.
**LATE RENEWALS: The above fees do not apply to REALTORS® who are renewing late. Late renewals are considered REALTORS® who paid dues in the immediate past billing cycle but did not renew at the beginning of the current cycle. Ex. A member who has paid 2025 and did not renew in January of 2026 but is reinstating later in the 2026 calendar year.
